What is the Intelli-Site Key Number?

The Intelli-Site Key Number is the computer-specific number used to generate an Intelli-Site license for that computer.  The Intelli-Site Server is the keeper of the Key Number as well as the license.

Where is the Intelli-Site Key Number?

  1. Right-click on the Server Icon,, in the System Tray and select "Open...".  If you do not see the Server icon, please read Why can't I see the Intelli-Site icons in the System Tray? The "Server Status" window will appear.
  2. From the menu bar, select "File" -> "Update Configuration".  The "License" dialog will appear.  The Key Number is listed here.
