The Intelli-Site installation procedure ensures you have a current Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) before it will upgrade the software. When you purchased the software and received your license number, you should also have received an SMA number. The license is permanent. The SMA is not. If you are seeing an SMA error during the upgrade, please check to see if you entered the SMA number correctly or if it has truly expired.
